Founder and Executive Director, Joe Diggs has a passion and devotion to mental health awareness based on a life journey that has always converted trauma into recurring triumphs. From inside the classroom to the gym, on to boxing rings to corporate boardrooms, to guest lecturing at universities to sharing the
stage with national recording artists to strapping up his Army boots across global battlefields, joe’s-professional career has spanned over 35 years in senior leadership roles with publicly traded companies, the Federal Government, the U.S. Army, and privately held corporations. Since childhood, each facet and segment of his life's journey required the ability to endure, conquer, battle, mask, subdue, survive, witness, transcend, or react to traumatic experiences throughout the
community, family, and social cohorts. Born in Washington, DC during the remnants of the Civil Rights Movement, onward towards the narcotics-plagued 1980s, through the HIV epidemic, urban
gentrification, global terrorism, economic plummets, rising gun violence that has led to mass shootings, and a historic global pandemic. As a result, the Foundation was formed to act as a financial conduit.
The mission is to serve and support communities by creating a unique production that will deliver financial assistance to non-profit organizations that have programs and resources that will directly impact those dealing with, coping with, or living with mental disorders, illnesses, or trauma.
